Fillers are generally used to improve volume and help in contouring the face. They also enhance the hydration of the skin. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural component of the skin which helps to maintain its smoothness and elasticity. It is hydrophilic (absorbs water) and hence intensifies the moisturising effect and the suppleness of the skin.

Spot Injection for Acne
Acne is a prevalent skin condition that affects most people at some point in their lives. It can show up as spots, oily skin and sometimes scarring. The face is most commonly affected , however other areas such as the back and the chest are prone to it. The consultation will involve full assessment of your acne and any recommendations are made, taking into consideration your general health. The treatments range from skincare products such as CLENZIderm M.D. ™ and ZO® products, to prescriptive creams or tablets. You will be followed up regularly to assess your response to treatment.
Ageing of the face is due to many factors, such as increased skin laxity, loss of collagen and bone resorption. PDO threads work on the first two causes. Thread lift helps improve the contour by non surgical lifting of the skin with absorbable PDO threads. It remodels the skin and also stimulates the production of collagen which in turn restores the youthful nature of the skin. The effects can last up to 18 months with improvements beginning to show from week 6 after the procedure. The treatment can be used in various areas.

PRP has been used in wound healing in many specialities of medicine. Plamsa extracted from your blood contains cells called platelets that produce growth factors which help wound healing. When PRP is injected into the skin, it stimulates new collagen production and enhances your cells to regenerate making it an anti-ageing treatment. It can be used in combination with a Dermaroller or mixed with Dermal fillers, vitamins and anti-oxidants for a more superior result. It can be used everywhere on the body- hair loss, face, neck, décolletage, knees, elbows, stretch marks, wounds and scars.
