Shipping options

Click and collect

You can order items and collect them in person. There is no charge for this service; we will email you to confirm that your ordered items are available for collection. If you do not hear from us on the next working day after you place your order, please contact us on 01293 786666 or email info@suejane.com.

Standard delivery

All our deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail standard, charged at a flat rate per order. You should generally expect delivery 3-5 working days following your order; for further details pleas check the Royal Mail website.

Free standard delivery

From time to time we may offer free standard delivery as a promotion. If available, this will be despatched using Royal Mail standard delivery as above, but there will be no charge to you.
